Our region’s location in western South Carolina will put your business at the heart of a very concentrated transportation grid, no matter which modes are important for you. Our location right on Interstate 20 provides fast travel times to Atlanta, Charlotte, and other major markets. The Sage Mill Industrial Park and Ridge Spring Industrial Site each have an existing rail spur.
Aiken Municipal Airport has four runways, including a 5,500-foot runway with an ILS approach, along with services for corporate jets. McCormick County airport has one paved runway and is just 1.8 miles from the county’s central business district. Augusta Regional Airport and Columbia Metropolitan Airport, just a short drive away, offer air cargo services and nonstop airline service to major cities.
