You Can Make It Here and Send It Anywhere

When you’re competing in the global marketplace, connectivity and easy access are critical, and you need extensive utility capacity and well-engineered infrastructure that offers plenty of room to grow.

Our region’s location in western South Carolina will put your business at the heart of a very concentrated transportation grid, no matter which modes are important for you. Our location right on Interstate 20 provides fast travel times to Atlanta, Charlotte, and other major markets. If inbound or outbound rail is crucial, you’ll benefit from service by both of the large Eastern systems, Norfolk Southern and CSX, as well as local short line Aiken Railway. The Sage Mill Industrial Park and Ridge Spring Industrial Site each have an existing rail spur.

Aiken Municipal Airport has four runways, including a 5,500-foot runway with an ILS approach, along with services for corporate jets. McCormick County airport has one paved runway and is just 1.8 miles from the county’s central business district. Augusta Regional Airport and Columbia Metropolitan Airport, just a short drive away, offer air cargo services and nonstop airline service to major cities. International airports in Atlanta, Georgia and Charlotte, North Carolina are just 2.5 hours away. Ocean cargo transfers quickly at the Ports of Charleston and Savannah. Both are also just 2.5 hours away.
