Will Williams is a native of Georgetown, SC and a graduate of The Citadel with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration. Will has more than 18 years of economic development experience in various capacities. Will is a member of several organizations such as, The SC Economic Developers Association, The Greater Aiken Chamber of Commerce, the North Augusta Chamber of Commerce, and the Aiken Technical College Foundation. Will is currently the Secretary-Treasurer of the Southern Economic Development Council and President Elect of The Rotary Club of Aiken.
Will has been recognized for his work in economic development with the 2017 SCEDA Local Developer of the Year and the W. D. Workman Buffalo Hunter Award. He also has the professional designation of Certified Economic Developer by the State of South Carolina.
Will enjoys playing golf, hunting, and fishing along with long distance cycling and running. He is married to Ellen, a native of Columbia, SC. They have two sons who attend Aiken County Public Schools.
Theresa Daugherty is a native of Aiken, SC growing up in the nearby Batesburg and Ridge Spring area. She is a 2014 graduate of Aiken Technical College with an Associate in Applied Science: Major in Accounting. Her previous career of nineteen-years was in the medical field as a physician assistant and leading coder/biller.
Theresa has a true connection with the outdoors. From a casual bike ride on her cruiser, to camping and fishing with her husband, and hiking with her dog. She enjoys participating in benefit walk/runs. Her outdoor enthusiasm also drives her love of nature photography.
Theresa is a member of Cedar Creek West Campus and enjoys participating in any area her talents can be utilized. Her and husband, Michael have one daughter, who is attending the University of Wyoming working toward a degree in Architectural Engineering.

Jonathan Larry grew up in North Augusta, South Carolina. In May of 2014, he graduated magna cum laude from the University of South Carolina Aiken, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. In January 2011, Mr. Larry began interning at the Economic Development Partnership, and in May of 2014, he joined the Partnership full-time.
He serves on the Board of Directors for the Aiken Downtown Development Association, an organization that works to improve the economic vitality, enhance the beauty and preserve the historical inheritance of downtown Aiken, SC.
Jonathan enjoys graphic designing, video producing and editing, and building websites. He is the son of Warren and Mariela Larry and has three brothers.
